This side board is made from red cedar and was inspired by a design from the late nineteenth century.  The original side board was made in Australia by Australian craftsman and featured Australian flora and fauna.  My side board features classical designs and motifs with the carvings on the doors being the same design.  The cabinet measures 1800 mm long x 650 mm deep with a height to the bench top of 920 mm and a 200 mm decorative back border.
